2. Fees and Payment: A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due on the session day. Payments are non-refundable.
3. Proofs and Selection: Image proofs are released only after full payment. Our packages specify the number of images included for editing. To select your preferred images, click the heart icon above each favorite in the gallery shared with you.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 48 hours before the session. The deposit will be used as a cancellation fee.
5. Photography and Ownership Rights: We retain all copyright and ownership of the photographs. We may use them for marketing or promotional purposes.
